Can I pixelate only part of the image?
Yes β that is exactly what this tool is for. Drag over any area to pixelate just that region, and repeat for as many areas as you need.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your image never leaves your device.
Can I undo a mosaic?
Before downloading, you can undo up to 8 recent steps or reset to the original. Once downloaded, the pixelation in the saved file cannot be reversed.
What pixel size should I use?
Bigger numbers hide more. Use 15β25 for faces, and 20+ for text such as names or phone numbers so it cannot be read.
